About the Badge…

Hot off the Press, from the Brand Designed with ZETA in Mind! The Finer365 Brand Inspired Name Badge was developed to provide a consistent, professional, identifying agent for members and auxiliaries of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. This concept capitalizes on modern conveniences, while highlighting the “Finer” aspects of our Sisterhood. A guaranteed conversation starter, that will allow you to represent in Finer Fashion for many years to come!

How will I receive my badge?

Badges are completed in the order received. The turn around time depends on the number of orders ahead of you. Please keep in mind that badges are MADE TO ORDER.

A 2-4week estimated timeframe, should be expected, ESTIMATED (please add additional time for delivery). We will notify you if we encounter of any expected prolonged delays. 

Will I receive a mock-up of my design before completion?

At this time our system is not set up to provide finalized mock-ups.     

What is the proper photo format?

Png, jpeg, jpg, and pdf files are all acceptable. Photos must be professional in nature. Indoor or outdoor images are fine. Headshots are requested, however, photos featuring the mid-torso and up are the best images for our badges. (See sample badge photos for mid-torso examples).

I have completed my purchase, but want to change my photo; can I email you a different image?

To ensure a seamless process orders may not be altered once received, so please take your time, we want you satisfied. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Can I make changes or additions to the badge design?

Outside of your chosen information options, we cannot make modifications to the presented design.

We will, however be offering exciting, badge add-on options once approved by IHQ.  An announcement will be made via our social media pages. Additionally, you may subscribe to our website to ensure direct notification.

If I order a badge set and upload a QR code, will I need to provide a duplicate for each badge?

Great question, no you will not. The one QR code will be used on both badges.       

What is the badge set?

Our badge set allows members to purchase two badges, with the option of adding an additional individual photo. (Same information, same person, same or different image of the same person. If you are using the same photo for both badges, please be sure to upload it to both image upload locations.)                                                                                         

What is your Name Badge Policy?

Name badge orders are considered customized items and cannot be cancelled, changed, transferred, or refunded for any reason.

I noticed that some photos have a grey stripe background behind them and some photos have a blue one, can I choose the color of the stripe background for my badge?

Excellent question. The stripe background will be chosen according to the individual outfit worn. Due to color variation (ex. White vs Off White vs Ecru White) we will select the background that we feel is most appropriate.  For brand management purposes, Finer365 holds to final say in design. All designs are final. Thank you in advance for understanding.

I LOVE this item, will chapter orders be available? When will orders be released to the Sisterhood? Will you offer the badge for our Auxiliaries?

Sisterhood release is scheduled for Founders' Day Weekend 2026. Please subscribe to Finer365, via our website (Finer365.com) to be notified of any additional badge information.
